The SSI Rotary Flag Committee

The SSI Rotary Flag Committee is one of the main fund raising activities of our club. Its objectives are to promote patriotism and provide support for youth activities and other charities endorsed by the club.

The committee donates funds and promotes patriotism by supplying flags and support to patriotic organizations. As a community service, it fully funds the costs required to present the annual Memorial Day ceremony, Taps at Twilight. It supplements the club's financial support to such charities as the Boys and Girls Club, CASA, CMAP, Children in Crisis, Coastal Coalition for Children, the Ferst Foundation, Coastal Georgia Youth Symphony, Georgia Marine JROTC, Brunswick JROTC, the Marine Corps League, the Navy Star Foundation, Veterans of the Golden Isles, YWCA, and Hospice of the Golden Isles.

We are supported in these endeavors by the purchase of flags by Glynn County, City of Brunswick, Sea Island Company, SEGA Health System, local banks and businesses, residents and friends. We provide quality products, made in the USA, at competitive prices, and offer rapid delivery. We appreciate all the support we have received in the past and are committed to continuing our endeavors in behalf of our objectives.
